• Provide the environment of care chair person or the facility Safety Officer with an easy to use metric management tool to follow up and to manage interval test requirement.
• Provide staff to follow up and manage ?Statement of Condition? to completion.
• Develop policies and procedures incorporating all JCAHO requirements

• Perform inventory of the facility mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Provide comprehensive maintenance services.
• Provide qualified staffing to evaluate and troubleshoot existing ? HVAC system for operation problems.
• Provide commissioning services to new installation of the HVAC system and related controls.
